Continuous support designed to prepare you for labor, guide you through birth, and transition smoothly into parenthood.
- Free Initial Consultation: 1-hour consultation to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
- 2 Prenatal Visits: 1 to 2 hours each prior to your due date (one specifically within the final weeks). Review birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and prepare your postpartum plan.
- 24/7 On-Call Labor Support: Available 24/7 starting at 38 weeks until baby is born. Continuous physical, somatic, and emotional reassurance throughout labor.
- Immediate Postpartum Care: 1 hour of immediate support following birth to assist with bonding and autonomous decision-making.
Postpartum Doula Services
(4-hour shift minimum for all postpartum services)
- Day / Evening Shifts: $30 / hr (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Early Bird Shifts: $33 / hr (5:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
- Overnight Shifts: $40 / hr (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

- Early Bird Support Package: $470 (Save $58) — Four 4-hour shifts (16 hours total)
- Day Support Package: $520 (Save $80) — Five 4-hour shifts (20 hours total)

• Travel fee: +$15–$20/hr for clients over 25 miles away

Placenta Encapsulation Services
$150
Personalized postpartum placenta processing following strict cleanliness standards and safety protocols. Certified with Oregon Food Handler and Bloodborne Pathogens credentials.
- TCM-Inspired Preparation: Traditional Chinese Medicine preparation involving steaming with ginger and lemon, followed by dehydration, fine grinding, and encapsulation.
- Turnaround Time: 48 to 72 hours turnaround depending on time of delivery.
- Optional Pickup & Delivery: +$50 (Lisa will arrange pickup of the placenta and home delivery of the finished capsules)
